Role & responsibilities: Experience in Mobile Assembly Process also should know how to Setup the Line According to Production Plan and Client Requirement. Should have Inspection Knowledge about the Machine's/Jig's/Fixture/Screw machine which to be used on production line. Knowledge about RCA, WHY-WHY analysis, Rejection controlling method on production line. Improves manufacturing efficiency by analyzing and planning work flow, abnormality handling same time on production line. Should be knowledge about CTP/CTQ stages and risk assessment technique. Participate in problem improvement, verification plan and follow-up confirmation improvement effect Should know about Takt Time, Cycle Time, Neck Time, LOB analysis, Motion study and line layout. Analyse and find out permanent & temporary counter measure for process problems so as to make continuous and permanent improvements. Provide training and guidance to operator's/team members subordinates to meet daily production goal. Work closely with all the department to select most appropriate process improvement outcome and complete the target within client time limit. Knowledge about all the testing machine like Power supply, CMW500, FCT/LST fixtures, Camera Machine & Audio Machine also know about Tack Time, Cycle Time, Neck Time, LOB Analysis, Motion Study, RF Machine Setup, Audio Testing Machine, Screw Robotic Machine, Chip Setting, Tools OF IMEI, Camera Calibration Machine, and Preparation of SOP on time. Good Knowledge about Manufacturing execution system (MES), MES abnormalities and how part will move from input to output. Experience in Process, Line Testing, Root cause Analysis of Mobile Defect on line and Immediate solution required for Defects. Well aware about all assembly Tools, Software Tools, MES Printers as well as aware all Assembly and Packaging Tools IMEI Writing, Checks Tool, Software Tools & Printers. Good Knowledge about all testing tool and their uses. Preferred candidate profile Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech/Graduate in Electronics, Electrical, Telecommunication, or related field. 15 years of experience in mobile/device process engineer (Only Mobile Manufacturing ).
