Our Kolkata team is growing, and we’re looking for a focused, design-led Art Director to anchor high-quality visual output. Role Summary We’re hiring an Creative Art Director who will be responsible for leading the design execution of digital campaigns, static creatives, and branding projects. This role requires a sharp eye for detail, strong command of design tools, and the ability to manage a small team of designers while collaborating with account managers and copywriters. Key Responsibilities Own the visual design output across all brand and campaign deliverables. Supervise and guide a team of graphic designers, ensuring brand consistency and high-quality execution. Translate briefs into visual solutions with minimal supervision. Review and approve artwork before it goes to the client. Maintain timelines and deliver under tight deadlines. Coordinate with content, motion graphics, and digital teams for integrated campaigns. Required Skills Advanced proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Figma. Strong understanding of layout, typography, and brand aesthetics. Ability to handle high-volume creative work without compromising on quality. Portfolio that showcases static creatives, social media campaigns, and branding work. Basic knowledge of print and digital specs. Eligibility Bachelor’s degree or diploma in design or related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in an agency environment, preferably as Art director. Prior experience leading or mentoring junior designers is a must.
