Key Responsibilities: Space Planning & Layout Design: Independently create efficient office layouts that optimize space utilization and enhance user experience. Project Ownership: Handle architectural responsibilities single-handedly , from conceptualization to execution . Furniture & Interiors: Select and recommend ergonomic furniture, materials, and design elements that align with Bootstart’s brand. Vendor Coordination: Work with contractors, vendors, and interior designers to ensure timely and budget-friendly project completion. Compliance & Regulations: Ensure workspace designs meet local building codes, safety norms, and sustainability standards . Site Visits & Execution: Oversee on-ground implementation of designs, ensuring they align with planned blueprints. Innovation & Trends: Stay updated with the latest trends in Co-working space design and propose innovative solutions. Key Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Interior Design. 0-2 years of experience (Freshers with relevant projects/internships encouraged to apply). Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and other design tools . Strong understanding of workspace ergonomics and user experience . Ability to handle projects independently and take ownership of architectural decisions. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills for space optimization.
