Job Purpose: as a Department Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations and personnel within your designated department to ensure efficient functioning and exceptional customer service. You will lead a team of associates, manage inventory, uphold visual merchandising standards, and drive sales within your department. Key Responsibilities Team Leadership: Supervise and motivate a team of associates, including recruitment, training, scheduling, and performance management. Operational Efficiency: Implement and uphold operational policies and procedures to ensure the smooth running of the department, including compliance with health and safety regulations. Communication: Act as a liaison between store management and department staff, providing regular updates, feedback, and reporting on departmental performance KPI's Achieve AOP SOP Implementation and Adherence in department.
