Senior Proposal Analyst Jones Lang LaSalle Property Consultants (India) Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a Senior Proposal Analyst to join our team, working closely as an extension of the Australian Office Leasing Pursuits team. This collaborative and high-performing role will be integral to the team's success, bringing design expertise and proposal management skills to create compelling, winning submissions. You will oversee the entire bid process, from identifying opportunities with stakeholders to submitting successful proposals, ensuring bids are compliant, competitive, and aligned with client needs and company strategy. Key Responsibilities: Bid Process Management: Oversee the entire bid process, from identifying opportunities with stakeholders to submitting winning proposals, ensuring bids are compliant, competitive, and aligned with client needs and company strategy. Business Acumen: Develop a deep understanding of the business and all key stakeholders, acting as a seamless extension of the Australian Office Leasing Pursuits team. Visually Compelling Proposals & Presentations: Design and develop visually compelling proposals and presentations independently, especially when dedicated design team resources are unavailable. Graphic & Layout Creation: Create high-quality graphics, layouts, and visual elements to significantly enhance proposal effectiveness. Cross-Time Zone Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with Australian stakeholders across different time zones, demonstrating clear communication and strong deadline management capabilities. Stakeholder Engagement: Lead kick-off discussions and expertly manage stakeholder expectations throughout the proposal process. Branding & Design Standards: Maintain consistent branding and design standards across all proposal materials to ensure a cohesive and professional appearance. Information Translation: Translate complex information into visually appealing and easily understandable formats, enhancing the clarity and impact of proposals. Requirements: Excellent communication and English skills. Experience working with Australian teams or a demonstrated understanding of the Australian business context is preferred. Strong design and creative skills, with proficiency in InDesign and PowerPoint , are highly favored and preferred for this role.
