As a CIAM Specialist within the Customer Identity & Access Management (CIAM) team at Medtronic, you will be responsible for the technical operations, implementation, management, and support of CIAM systems deployed within the organization. Your role will involve providing technical solutions for issues primarily in Okta, SiteMinder, and Layer7 API gateway, encompassing areas such as authentication, single sign-on, and multi-factor authentication. You will ensure the operational fitness of the system through support, monitoring, and timely responses. Your key responsibilities will include operating, managing, and supporting CIAM systems, offering support for issues of varying complexity, ensuring system availability, capacity, and performance, researching and resolving open issues or recurring problems, enhancing technical documentation for system operations and support, participating in projects for delivering new technologies and process improvements, and staying abreast of industry advancements.
