Key Responsibilities: Operational Oversight Supervise and manage day-to-day security operations across assigned sites, ensuring smooth functioning and adherence to company protocols. Site Supervision Conduct regular site visits, surprise inspections, and audits to ensure compliance with operational and security standards. Staff Management Ensure that all staff, supervisors, and managers maintain discipline, are punctual, well-groomed, and in the prescribed uniform. Client Coordination Act as the primary point of contact for client communications, maintaining strong relationships and addressing any site-level issues promptly and professionally. Reporting & Documentation Maintain daily activity reports, attendance records, and incident logs with accuracy and timeliness. Generate regular updates for senior management. Preferred Qualifications & Skills: Minimum 5+ years of experience in security operations or facility management, preferably in a leadership role. Strong leadership, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Proven ability to handle multiple sites and teams. Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Gujarati. Ability to work under pressure and respond to emergencies effectively. Proficient in MS Office and report management tools. Prior experience working with corporate clients will be an added advantage.
