Provide accurate information to Patients and book appropriate appointment in the system or take messages when necessary. Transfer calls to appropriate departments or personnel. Handle emergency and priority calls according to established procedures. Maintain a log of all incoming and outgoing calls (if required). Calling back to missed call.
