Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales and Marketing Executive to drive enterprise and B2B sales for Laxmi Book Enterprises. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets. Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business growth in the B2B segment. Identify and target new enterprise clients and maintain strong relationships with existing customers. Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential opportunities. Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations to clients. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and delivery. Monitor sales performance, prepare reports, and suggest improvements. Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events. Skills & CompetenciesStrong experience in B2B and Enterprise Sales. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Negotiation and relationship-building skills. Goal-oriented and self-motivated with the ability to work independently. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools. Preferred QualificationsMBA or Executive MBA in Sales, Marketing, or related field. Experience in book publishing, educational products, or similar industries will be an added advantage.
