Predictive Analytics o Use statistical models and tools (Excel, or Power BI) to forecast future HR needs and trends. o Support HR programs and strategies. 5. Surveys & Feedback Analysis o Design and analyze employee surveys (engagement, onboarding, exit, etc.). o Present findings with recommendations for improvement. Qualifications Experience: 7+ years in HR operations or HR analytics. UK HR Experience: Experience with UK-based clients and basic understanding of UK legislation/law is essential. Proven ability to use data for strategic HR decision-making. Technical Expertise: Advanced proficiency preferred in Power BI, Excel, and SharePoint for data visualization and document management. Experience with HRIS systems is a plus. Communication & Collaboration: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Ability to present complex data to non-technical audiences.
