Equinox Solutions, a prominent player in the Commercial Kitchens & Laundry industry, is seeking a seasoned professional with over 20 years of experience to take on the role of a high-agency project lead. In this pivotal position, you will spearhead the company's growth trajectory by overseeing the successful delivery of large-scale commercial kitchen and laundry projects. Your primary responsibilities will revolve around ensuring end-to-end project delivery, encompassing meticulous planning, flawless execution, and seamless handover while adhering to stringent timelines, budgetary constraints, and quality benchmarks. You will collaborate closely with various cross-functional teams such as Design, Procurement, Execution, and Operations & Strategy to streamline project workflows and ensure timely completion. As a key liaison between the Projects function and senior stakeholders, including clients, consultants, and internal leadership, you will represent the company in high-level discussions and manage interactions with external parties for inspections and approvals. Additionally, you will be entrusted with driving project-level budgeting and forecasting, maintaining financial prudence within the organizational framework. Your role will also entail the preparation and presentation of comprehensive project updates, management information systems, and cost reports for both internal and external stakeholders. Moreover, you will be responsible for nurturing a high-performing project team that upholds values of accountability, coordination, and result-oriented performance. The ideal candidate for this position should possess a robust background in commercial kitchen and laundry workflows, spanning from design conceptualization to execution. Demonstrated experience in steering intricate, multi-stakeholder projects within the hospitality or institutional domain is crucial, along with proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or equivalent tools. Superior planning, budgeting, and risk management capabilities, coupled with exceptional leadership, communication, and team coordination skills, will be instrumental in driving project success. A collaborative mindset, coupled with a strong sense of ownership and meticulous attention to detail, is highly desirable. An engineering degree, preferably in electrical or mechanical disciplines, will be advantageous in fulfilling the requirements of this role.,
