PETS: Their spa visits happen as per schedule. Vet visits as and when required. That the home staff is taking care of them properly. CARS: To ensure that the servicing is regular. Cars to be kept fueled. As and when any repair work required - to get the same done without loss of time. HOME STAFF: That the home staff is adhering to their duty timings. That they are neat, clean and presentable all the time. GENERAL MAINTENANCE: Chamber Cleaning Water Tank Cleaning Kitchen Drainage Cleaning All the above to be done as scheduled. If any electrical fittings and fixtures need to be repaired - to get that done. Same with bathroom fittings. Furniture items - should they need touch ups - to get that done. LAUNDRY: Ensuring that the items being sent to the laundry are handed over with proper instructions. And to ensure that the same when returned are done so without damage. ADMIN DUTIES: Ordering flowers as and when instructed by Mrs. Anand. Any tasks / chores assigned to home staff are discharged as instructed. Airport Pickups and Drops to be coordinated.
