Job Description: Laundry Assistant

Position: Laundry Assistant
Location: Al Azhar Medical College & Super Specialty Hospital, Thodupuzha

Key Responsibilities

Collect, sort, wash, dry, and fold linen, uniforms, and patient clothing.
Operate laundry machines safely and efficiently.
Ensure proper use of detergents and disinfectants as per standards.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the laundry area.
Inspect cleaned items for quality and report damaged linen.
Follow infection-control and safety protocols.
Assist in inventory management of linen and supplies.

Requirements

Basic literacy skills.
Experience in hospital laundry (preferred).
Physical stamina and attention to detail.
Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
