Job Description

Role & responsibilities Study customer & supplier RFQ specifications. Study customer drawing and provide feasibility for dimensions. Prepare the gauges / check fixture / equipment quote with the team / self to review internally and submit to program team. Follow & review pre-launch & launch KPIs weekly basis (pre-Engg in pre-launch and execution KPIs in launches) Knowledge of GD&T, Dimn PIST, Weld PIST, Process capability, PPAP process. Track supplier gauge / check fixture timelines. Implement Benchmark world class systems in NPD process. Visit to suppliers / customers as per demand to review and identify action plans time to time. Participate process designs, tool /fixture designs, Material flow engineering. Implement poka-yokes in design stage, follow same or improved poka-yoke in execution. Hand over the new launch PPAP to Operations team. Internal PPAP to be adhered before customer PPAP. APQP documentation in advance quality systems.
