Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Senior Sales Executive to strengthen our brand presence and drive business growth across multiple industry segments. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in glove sales, deep market understanding, and a proven ability to build and manage dealer networks. Key Responsibilities & Qualifications Proven experience in selling gloves or working with glove trading/manufacturing companies (Latex & Nitrile). In-depth knowledge of various glove types — Examination, Industrial, and Pharma-grade . Ability to develop business across Healthcare, Pharma, and Industrial sectors , engaging customers from early-stage discussions to long-term partnerships. Strong experience in building, managing, and expanding dealer/distributor networks . Thorough understanding of industry compliance, standards, and regulations related to glove manufacturing and trade. Demonstrated success in driving profitable revenue growth and achieving sales targets. Strategic mindset with excellent market analysis and planning skills . Compensation This is a senior leadership position heading Sales & Marketing .
