Job Title: Lathe Machine Operator

Job Summary:
We are hiring an experienced Lathe Machine Operator to join our fabrication and machining team. The operator will be responsible for operating manual/automatic lathe machines, producing precision components as per drawings, and maintaining high-quality standards.Note: Freshers are welcome.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and set up lathe machines (manual or semi-automatic).

Read and interpret engineering drawings and job orders.

• Perform turning, facing, threading, boring, and other lathe operations.
• Maintain accuracy in dimensions and surface finish.
• Ensure machine maintenance and cleanliness.
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 0 – 3 years experience as a Lathe Machine Operator.
• Ability to read technical drawings and use measuring instruments (Vernier, Micrometer, etc.).
• Knowledge of metal machining processes.
• ITI / Diploma in Fitter, Turner, or relevant trade (preferred).

Salary & Benefits:

• Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month (Negotiable based on experience).
• Overtime pay as per company policy.
