• Operate lathe machines (manual or semi-automatic) to perform turning operations on metal components.
• Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and job specifications.
• Measure and mark raw materials before turning.
• Select appropriate cutting tools and set machine parameters.
• Inspect finished components using measuring instruments like vernier calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
• Maintain machine cleanliness and report any mechanical issues to the supervisor.
• Ensure quality and dimensional accuracy of parts as per customer specifications.
• Adhere to safety standards and company protocols.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years experience in lathe/turning operations in a machine shop or factory setting.
• Ability to read engineering drawings.
• Skilled in using measuring instruments.
• Knowledge of cutting speeds, feeds, and metal cutting techniques.
• Physically fit and able to stand for long hours.
• Preference will be given to candidates with ITI or Diploma in Mechanical/Turner Trade.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
