Job Description

As a Lathe Operator, your primary responsibility will be to set up, tend, and operate a Lathe machine efficiently. You will work with metal materials to turn, bore, thread, form, or face them according to specifications. Your tasks will involve working from drawings and written instructions to create parts for customer-specific equipment with precision and close tolerances. In addition, you will be required to fabricate and/or modify parts using various industrial equipment and tooling. Your role will also include adjusting both conventional and automatic controls, troubleshooting equipment issues, and performing preventative maintenance to ensure smooth operations. This is a full-time, permanent position with benefits including health insurance, life insurance, and paid sick time. The work schedule is during the day shift, and the job location is on-site.,
