Technical Documentation • Prepare and maintain: o High-Level and Low-Level Design documents o Method of Procedure (MoP) & SOPs o Deployment guides, technical manuals, and release notes • Ensure documentation is version-controlled and accessible. 6. Field Support & Troubleshooting • Provide on-site and remote deployment support. • Troubleshoot live network issues and conduct root cause analysis. • Ensure service continuity through close collaboration with internal and customer teams. 7. Collaboration with Product Development • Work with development teams to identify, reproduce, and resolve bugs. • Provide logs, diagnostics, and test scenarios to support debugging. • Participate in sprint planning, reviews, and feedback sessions. ________________________________________ Required Skills and Qualifications Must-Have • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Telecommunications, Computer Science, or related field. • Deep understanding of 4G/5G Packet Core and IMS architecture and protocols (GTP, SIP, Diameter, HTTP/2). • Experience with cloud-native platforms like OpenStack, Kubernetes, and OpenShift. • Strong scripting skills using Python, Bash, Ansible, and Helm. • Excellent communication skills and ability to create technical documentation (Confluence, Markdown, LaTeX, MS Word). • Strong troubleshooting and customer-facing abilities. ________________________________________ Unique Opportunity This role is part of a strategic initiative to build an indigenous telecom technology stack that delivers high-performance and standards-compliant LTE/5G core network solutions.
