This role will be part of the India Lateral hiring team responsible for Lateral, Leadership hiring for corporate functions for BPO business. Location Bangalore - Kadubeesanahalli Role: Assistant Manager, Lateral Recruitment (Individual Contributor) Prefer from Industry: BPO Work from the office and company transportation will be provided within boundaries. Academic Credentials and Experience Graduate and above Minimum 8 years experience with 2+ years of experience in BPO hiring Key responsibilities: Manage the complete recruitment life-cycle from sourcing & selection, salary negotiations, preparing offers till onboarding. Should have managed non-technical hiring and comfortable delivering 20+ positions on an ongoing basis Work closely with all stakeholders at a leadership level to understand talent needs and develop a comprehensive hiring plan by level and deliver with an eye on quality and timelines Strong understanding of market dynamics and advice to stakeholders on market scenarios and need hiring strategies Source best talent through social media, job portals, and employee referrals. Create an active pipeline for available talent pool for some critical upcoming positions Demonstrated ability to listen, understand, convey, and relate ideas, concepts and issues clearly and confidently through all channels Design selection mechanisms, and processes to ensure rigorous and consistent hiring in the organization Drive SLAs within the team and deliver manpower requirements within the TATs Maintain and track team performance on a regular basis through structured reports Actively communicate with hiring managers and share weekly hiring trackers Ensure strong governance and compliant with all audit requirements Skills: Highest integrity and ability to stand up for values and internal controls all the time Strong communication skills – written and verbal Can plan, prioritize and set expectations to ensure adherence to deadlines for self and staff Excellent with MS Office tools and should be able to manage MIS with ease
