We are looking for a skilled Graphic Designer to join our print production team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and preparing artwork files for digital, offset, and large-format printing. This role requires a strong understanding of print production standards, excellent file management, and coordination skills to ensure timely and high-quality output. Key Responsibilities: Prepare, adjust, and finalize artwork files for various print formats including digital, offset, and large-format printing. Review and manage incoming print orders to ensure all files meet production specifications and are print-ready. Collaborate closely with the production team to resolve file issues, verify proofs, and maintain color and quality standards. Communicate with internal teamsand occasionally clients—regarding file corrections, missing elements, or special printing instructions. Maintain and update a well-organized digital archive of artwork, templates, and completed jobs for easy retrieval. Requirements: Proficiency in CorelDRAW is essential. Working knowledge of Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop is an added advantage. Solid understanding of print production standards (bleeds, color modes, resolutions, file formats). Prior experience in a printing or publishing environment is highly desirable . Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and time management. Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines. Strong communication and problem-solving abilities. Preferred Qualifications: Hands-on experience preparing files for offset, digital, and large-format printing . Familiarity with prepress procedures , print finishing techniques, and post-press operations.
