Job Title: Tender Executive – Import & Export Location: Nangloi, Delhi Job Type: Full-Time Experience: 1 1 year About the Role We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Tender Executive who can handle daily tender activities related to import and export . The ideal candidate should have basic tendering experience and a good understanding of documentation and coordination work. Key ResponsibilitiesTender Work Search and identify relevant tender opportunities on various government and private portals. Read tender documents and prepare required technical and commercial paperwork. Upload tenders on portals like GEM, CPP, and PSU portals within deadlines. Keep track of tender status, required documents, and submission timelines. Documentation & Compliance Prepare and organize documents such as EMD, declarations, certificates, and price bids. Handle import/export documents including invoices, packing lists, HS codes, shipping details, and basic customs-related paperwork. Maintain proper records of all tenders and documents. Coordination Work closely with internal teams (procurement, sales, logistics, finance) to collect information for tenders. Communicate with suppliers, freight agents, and clients for clarifications and document follow-ups. Assist in preparing cost sheets and commercial quotations. Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree (B.Com, BBA, BA, or similar). 1–2 years of experience in tendering or import/export documentation. Basic understanding of INCOTERMS, shipping processes, and e-tender portals. Good communication, follow-up, and coordination skills. Proficient in MS Office, email communication, and PDF handling.
