Key Responsibilities:

• Technical Oversight

  : Define and implement backend and database optimization strategies aligned with company objectives.

• Architecture & Design

  : Develop and oversee the software architecture to ensure scalability and maintainability.

• Code Quality Assurance

  : Set coding standards, conduct code reviews, and enforce best practices.

• Collaboration

  : Work closely with product, UX/UI, and DevOps teams to develop cohesive solutions.

• Database Expertise

  : Design, optimize, and manage databases, particularly with BigQuery and Cloud Spanner, ensuring data reliability and efficiency.

• Problem Solving

  : Address technical challenges and maintain system stability.

• Mentorship

  : Guide and mentor team members, fostering technical growth.

• Documentation

  : Maintain comprehensive documentation of architecture, code, and processes.

Required Qualifications:

• Education

  : Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering, or related field.
• 2+ years in software development.
• Demonstrated expertise in PHP (Laravel), Node.js, and Vue.js.

• Backend

  : Advanced skills in PHP (Laravel) and Node.js for robust server-side development.

• Frontend

  : Proficiency in Vue.js for building dynamic web interfaces.

• Databases

  : Strong experience in SQL, BigQuery, and Cloud Spanner.

• Cloud Services

  : Familiarity with GCP tools such as BigQuery, Cloud Spanner, and Cloud Storage.

• APIs

  : Expertise in creating and integrating RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.

• Version Control

  : Proficiency in Git and related workflows.

Soft Skills

• Effective leadership and team management.
