Fantastic stay at the Le Meridian. The hospitality extended was fantastic. The staff walked an extra mile to make us feel more comfortable.||Located an hour from the airport and about half an hour from Fort Kochi area, it makes for a good location to stay, with rooms overlooking the back waters.

Service was very bad. At the entrance security and car parking team welcomed well. Once entered inside no one is there to help or assist. No one explained about the facilities available in the hotel and what included in the booking package etc. Over all worst service I never ever seen.
