You are a skilled and experienced Laptop & Mobile Technician who will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing various models of laptops and smartphones. Your role will involve traveling to customer locations and branch showrooms for service support. Your key responsibilities will include diagnosing and repairing hardware and software issues in mobile phones and laptops, performing tasks such as screen replacements, battery swaps, motherboard repairs, OS installation, and software troubleshooting.
