Conduct regular meetings and sales calls with prospective clients to source business. Loan Sanctioning & Channel Expansion: Drive faster Turnaround Times (TATs) by fostering strong relationships with internal stakeholders, thereby expanding channel presence and the customer base. Sales Operations & Performance Tracking: Track and report on sales operations and productivity metrics. Contribute to building a high-performance sales culture. Business Initiatives & Contests: Actively participate in initiatives and contests organized by the business team to boost overall sales performance.
