We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Relationship Manager to join our team at Equitas Small Finance Bank Ltd. The ideal candidate will have 3 years of experience in the BFSI industry, preferably in micro mortgages. Roles and Responsibility Manage relationships with existing clients to ensure timely payment of EMIs and minimize defaults. Identify new business opportunities through cross-selling of financial products. Develop and implement strategies to increase sales revenue. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer queries and issues. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions. Provide excellent customer service to build strong relationships with clients. Job Requirements Minimum 3 years of experience in the BFSI industry, preferably in micro mortgages. Strong knowledge of financial products and services related to micro mortgages. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Experience working with small finance banks or NBFCs is an added advantage.
