As a Regional Head Business at Hinduja Housing Finance, you will be responsible for overseeing the business operations in multiple locations including Pune, Nagpur, Mumbai, Ahmedabad, Rajkot, Bhilwara/Kota, Gurgaon, Meerut, Vijayawada, and Trichy. To excel in this role, you should have an MBA in Marketing or Finance and possess at least 12 years of sales experience in the Housing Finance or LAP Industry, preferably in Affordable Housing Finance. Your key responsibilities will include: 1. Business: You will be tasked with achieving regional targets by effectively engaging with the targeted customer segment in your designated area. 2. Sourcing: It will be your responsibility to drive the Sales Officers and Cluster Managers to meet revenue targets while ensuring adherence to the sales process, productivity, yield, market share, and credit policy compliance. 3. Channel Management: You will assess and appoint suitable Dealers and Distributors, activate underperforming Dealers, and enhance key distribution channels. 4. Marketing Initiatives: Developing and implementing strategic marketing activities to enhance revenue through improved customer experience and retention will be part of your duties. 5. Team Management: Recruiting, training, motivating, mentoring, and evaluating the performance of Sales Officers, Cluster Managers, and support staff will be crucial for the success of your team.
