Knowledge of QoS and LAN traffic management techniques is essential for this role. Furthermore, you should possess comprehensive knowledge of IT infrastructure, TCPIP, networking, and information system security principles, practices, and technologies. An understanding of core Internet routing protocols like OSPF, EIGRP, BGP, and related services is necessary. Familiarity with intrusion detection systems and intrusion prevention system technology is also expected. Advanced knowledge of large-scale LAN/WAN switching and routing implementation and operation is crucial, with specific expertise in VTP, VLAN, VPN, MPLS, and P2P networking. A solid foundation in centralized monitoring and management of network devices is essential for success in this position.,
