The candidate will play a key role in supporting the configuration, optimization, and business alignment including CMDB population, asset mapping, and data quality assurance. Key Responsibilities: Gather and analyze business and technical requirements related to IT asset discovery and configuration management. Collaborate with IT infrastructure, operations, and application teams to ensure accurate discovery and service mapping Configure, monitor, and validate the output of scans, including troubleshooting inaccuracies or gaps in CI data. Perform data validation, cleansing, and normalization to maintain CMDB accuracy and integrity. Develop and maintain process documentation, including workflows, technical specifications, BRDs, and FRDs. Assist in integrating with ITSM tools such as ServiceNow, BMC Remedy, or Jira. Support audits and compliance initiatives by ensuring accurate discovery and asset lifecycle tracking. Required Skills and Qualifications: 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT Operations, Infrastructure, or Asset Management. Hands-on experience with Virima Discovery (preferred) or similar tools like ServiceNow Discovery, BMC Discovery, Lansweeper, etc. Solid understanding of IT infrastructure components: servers, networks, databases, operating systems, and cloud services. Familiarity with CMDB, ITAM, and service dependency mapping. Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Power BI) for discovery data validation. Working knowledge of networking protocols (e.g., SNMP, WMI, SSH, API integrations). Strong documentation and communication skills to translate technical data for non-technical stakeholders. ITIL Foundation certification (preferred). Nice to Have: Scripting experience (PowerShell, Bash, or Python). Experience integrating discovery data with ServiceNow CMDB. Exposure to compliance, audit, or regulatory reporting environments.

We are seeking a skilled ITSM / ITAM Implementation Lead with extensive experience in enterprise service management solutions. Your expertise will be crucial in implementing and integrating platforms like Atlassian JSM, Device42, Lansweeper, and cloud-based discovery tools. As the ITSM / ITAM Implementation Lead, you will play a key role in leading the requirements gathering and analysis for ITSM, ITAM, CMDB, and Asset Discovery platforms. Your responsibilities will include designing ITIL-compliant processes for incident, change, problem, and service request management, defining and implementing foundation data templates and process standards, and driving the implementation of various platforms. You will also be responsible for integrating ITSM platforms with other systems such as SIEM, SSO, SecOps, DevOps, and SAP, ensuring seamless integration with patch management, EDR tools, and security platforms. Additionally, you will design and execute data migration from legacy ITSM/CMDB systems to modern platforms and ensure data accuracy and integrity by reconciling asset discovery data with existing asset management systems. Collaborate with the OT Network Engineer and OT Generalist to understand the existing application landscape and document relevant systems and interfaces. Design the application interfaces and the server infrastructure required to support the centralized domain. Design the application-specific aspects of the firewall rules and participate in the deployment and testing. Configure servers and applications within the newly created process and DMZ domains. Evaluate the cyber readiness of applications and servers, and implement remediation plans in coordination with the OT Network Engineer. Install cyber security tools on relevant machines and ensure proper upward reporting for application and server components. Provide application and server-related support during the hyper care period and conduct application-specific training. Provision and configure the operating system and any necessary prerequisites on the server that will host the LanSweeper application. Install the LanSweeper software on the newly built server and configure the application settings according to the requirements for scanning the OT environment. Define the scope, frequency, and type of scans that Lan Sweeper will perform on the OT network assets. Monitor the Lan Sweeper scans to ensure they are running successfully and collecting the required information. Investigate and resolve any application-level errors or issues that prevent successful scanning. Configure the Lan Sweeper application to connect to the database, providing the necessary credentials and connection parameters. Troubleshoot any application-level connectivity problems.
