As a Full-time professional with a Bachelor of Computer Engineering degree and 7 to 8+ years of relevant experience, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining LANSA code for both current and upcoming projects. Your primary duties will include contributing to design and planning sessions, formulating approaches for coding tasks, and providing support to help clients resolve CLS application-related issues. You will collaborate with other support teams to resolve client issues, identify and address technical/IT issues, and assist in resolving complex technical and/or functional challenges. Your problem-solving skills will be crucial in assessing and providing technical/functional support to clients. In addition to your educational background and experience, you will need to have development expertise in LANSA/Visual LANSA, knowledge of AS400 (iSeries), good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, and familiarity with the Lending domain. Your role will also involve working closely with onsite technical and DMs to support clients effectively. It is essential that you contribute to the team's online knowledge base and client support documentation by developing and maintaining procedural and policy documentation.
