Language Specialist-Bengali

As a skilled Linguistic Translator, your main responsibility will be to translate and edit various types of content, including user interface and long-form text. You will also be required to conduct testing on translated products to identify any linguistic or functional issues that may arise. Additionally, you will play a key role in updating terminology and style guides to ensure consistency across all localized content. Your expertise in linguistics and culture will be invaluable as you provide support and guidance to vendor translation teams, as well as contribute to various localization projects. Your fluency in Bengali/Urdu and English will be essential, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in translation between English and Bengali/Urdu. Ideally, you will hold a Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification, with a preference for a degree in Translation Studies, Linguistics, Communications, or related field. Any experience in the social media and mobile space will be advantageous, as well as familiarity with computer-aided translation tools.
