Plant Species Selection and Recommendations: Identify and recommend suitable plant species based on local climate conditions, maintenance requirements, and aesthetic preferences. Softscape Maintenance Oversight: Actively engage in softscape maintenance, overseeing the nurturing and care of planted areas to ensure optimal growth and development. On-Site Visits and Progress Monitoring: Conduct frequent on-site visits & inspections to monitor progress, address challenges, and ensure adherence to design specifications. Supervision and Management of Daily Operations: Manage daily landscape maintenance operations of Supervisors and Plant Care Staff. Daily travel through the territory visiting clients, and assisting Supervisors, and Plant Care staff. Nutrition and Fertilization Schedule: Guide Plant Care team for Weekly/Monthly/Quarterly plant nutrition/fertilization schedule. Provide special attention towards plant cleaning, pruning, watering, and plant rotation as required. Coordination with Internal Stakeholders & Clients: Maintain strong coordination with internal stakeholders like Nursery, Administration, Finance, and HR for smooth functioning of operations and billing. Achieve a high level of client satisfaction for Plant Maintenance Services. Replacement: Schedule replacement activity for damaged plant within TAT.
