As a patent analyst, your primary responsibility will involve conducting daily patent searches utilizing various methods, databases, and technology reviews. You will be assigned to patent-related projects that require researching and understanding new technologies, along with performing different forms of patent searches based on your findings. Analyzing patent claims and descriptions for mapping, portfolio analysis, and categorization will be a key aspect of your role. Candidates must excel in patent analytics, including landscapes, patentability, invalidations, novelty, FTOs, market research, and infringement analysis. Additionally, you will need to interact with inventors to draft patent specifications based on the provided invention disclosures.
