As a Landscape BIM Engineer at Dar, you will be responsible for managing the application of BIM software on different projects, ensuring standardized procedures, upholding quality control, and overseeing a team of BIM coordinators and experts. Your role will involve coordinating project model deliveries, leading BIM coordination meetings, creating training materials, liaising with project stakeholders, and maintaining the Project Information Model. **Key Responsibilities:** - Developing and implementing BIM protocols and systems on new projects. - Coordinating project model deliveries and reviewing models for accuracy and compliance. - Leading BIM coordination meetings to discuss project updates and issues. - Creating training materials and conducting training sessions for BIM software users. - Liaising with project managers, engineers, and architects to facilitate workflow integration. - Maintaining the Project Information Model and overseeing data management throughout the project lifecycle. **Qualification Required:** - Bachelor's Degree in Architecture; prior landscape experience is advantageous. - Extensive familiarity with BIM programs like Revit, Civil 3D, AutoCAD, and Navisworks. - Professional certifications emphasizing BIM, such as Construction Management or Autodesk Certified Professional in Revit for Architectural Design. - Five to six years of relevant industry experience in design or construction. - Strong technical writing, team leadership, and project management skills. - Ability to address and resolve difficult design and workflow issues effectively.
