The Landscape Designer role involves creating accurate and creative landscape design solutions tailored to different site conditions and client preferences. Your main focus will be on designing appealing living spaces in diverse styles, set within a natural environment. Your responsibilities will include meeting with clients and vendors to discuss project objectives, generating artistic landscape designs, developing site plans and estimates, utilizing CAD for graphic representations, cultivating vendor relationships, conducting on-site inspections, and staying updated on landscape trends and techniques. You will also need to effectively address client requirements and perform detailed site inventories. To qualify for this position, you must hold a Bachelor's degree in landscape architecture and possess at least 1 year of relevant experience. Strong creativity, resourcefulness, material selection skills, stakeholder management abilities, and proficiency in software such as Autocad, Revit, SketchUp 3D, Lumion 3D rendering, and Photoshop are required. Additionally, excellent analytical skills and expertise in computer-aided design and drafting are essential for success in this role.,
