Role Overview: At Upasarg Landscape, we are seeking passionate and innovative Landscape Architects to join our team in Bangalore & Kolkata offices. Key Responsibilities: - Create innovative and sustainable landscape designs that meet client needs and exceed expectations. - Manage projects from concept to completion, ensuring timely delivery and quality results. - Work closely with clients to understand their vision and provide exceptional service. - Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other professionals to achieve cohesive project outcomes. Qualifications Required: For Senior Landscape Architects: - Experience: 5+ years in landscape architecture with a strong portfolio. - Skills: Proficiency in landscape design software, project management, and client communication. - Expertise: Deep understanding of sustainable practices, site planning, and ecological design. - Leadership: Ability to lead a team, manage multiple projects, and drive design excellence. For Junior Landscape Architects: - Experience: 1-3 years in landscape architecture / 3D Visualizer with a promising portfolio. - Skills: Proficiency in landscape design software and a keen eye for detail. - Passion: Strong interest in sustainable design and a willingness to learn and grow. - Collaboration: Ability to work effectively in a team and contribute fresh ideas. For Landscape Architectural Draftsmen: - Experience: 1-10 years in landscape drafting and related technical drawing roles. - Skills: Proficiency with drafting and CAD software (such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar tools). - Passion: Willingness to explore innovative methods that merge traditional drafting with modern visualization. - Collaboration: Ability to work effectively in a team and contribute fresh ideas. Eagerness to learn on the job, stay updated on new technologies, and grow professionally.
