Landscape Architect

Role Overview:

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Landscape Architect to join our team in Bandra West, Mumbai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the planning, design, and execution of landscape projects, from concept to completion. This is a full-time, on-site role involving both creative and technical responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and present landscape design concepts, planting plans, and master plans for residential, commercial, and public spaces
• Prepare detailed drawings, renderings, and specifications using AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Lumion
• Collaborate with clients to understand project requirements, budgets, and timelines
• Conduct site analysis and environmental impact studies as needed
• Manage project timelines, deliverables, and coordination with contractors, vendors, and other stakeholders
• Oversee on-site project execution to ensure high-quality implementation and adherence to design intent
• Ensure compliance with local regulations, safety standards, and environmental considerations
• Prepare and present project proposals, reports, and documentation

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelors degree in Landscape Architecture or a related field
• Proven experience in landscape planning, design, and execution
• Expertise in preparing planting plans and working with various plant species
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and client relationship management abilities
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Lumion is mandatory
