Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Survey Drafting Technician. This position offers an excellent opportunity for both fresh graduates looking to begin their career in survey drafting and experienced professionals. The Survey Drafting Technician will be responsible for preparing plat, boundary, topographic, ALTA, mortgage, and utility survey drafting, as well as PDF to CAD conversions and redline markups. They will create as-built drawings, construction documentation, and perform GIS-based utility mapping and civil site plans using AutoCAD Civil 3D.The role offers exposure to real-world projects, collaboration with experienced surveyors and project managers, and the flexibility of a hybrid work setup while maintaining essential in-person interactions. Qualifications Proficiency in Technical Drawing and Drawing skills Experience with Civil Engineering concepts Architectural Drawing skills Excellent Communication skills Ability to work in a hybrid setup, primarily remotely with occasional office visits Experience with AutoCAD, Civil 3D and SketchUp Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field is a plus
