*Job Summary:

Pransh Business Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is seeking proactive and field-ready *Land Aggregation Executives* to support our ongoing *solar power projects across Maharashtra*. The role involves identifying, aggregating, and securing land parcels in coordination with landowners and local authorities. This is a great opportunity for individuals who have a strong understanding of Maharashtra’s land records system and aspire to work in the fields of land revenue, rural development, or infrastructure projects.

*Key Responsibilities:

* Identify and evaluate land parcels suitable for ground-mounted solar power projects.

* Carry out field surveys and collect relevant land documents such as 7/12, Ferfar, 8A, etc.

* Interact and negotiate with landowners, farmers, and local intermediaries.

* Coordinate with government officials (Talathi, Tehsildar, Circle Officers) for documentation, NOCs, and updates.

* Assist legal teams in title search reports (TSR), lease/sale deed execution, and registration.

* Monitor mutation, demarcation, and land conversion processes.

* Maintain documentation records, land maps, and acquisition trackers.

* Travel regularly to rural project sites across Maharashtra and act as a local liaison.

*Preferred Candidate Profile:

* Graduate in any stream (preferred: Agriculture, Rural Development, Land Management, Law).

*Candidates preparing for Talathi, Gram Sevak, or Rural Development Department jobs are highly encouraged to apply.

* Good understanding of Maharashtra land records system (7/12, 8A, mutation, NA conversion, etc.).

* Strong communication skills in *Marathi (mandatory)*; Hindi and English are added advantages.

* Local candidates with rural field experience will be preferred.

* Comfortable with frequent travel and on-ground coordination work.

*Additional Information:

* Compensation:* ₹15,000–₹25,000/month + travel allowance & performance-based incentives

*Travel Requirement: Extensive across Maharashtra (site visits, land meetings)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
