This role involves project coordination, vendor follow-ups, documentation, site logistics, and reporting to ensure timely execution of project milestones. Key Responsibilities: * Assist in planning, monitoring, and tracking day-to-day progress of solar project activities. * Coordinate with land, legal, finance, and technical teams to ensure smooth inter-departmental operations. * Maintain records of project documents, lease deeds, agreements, and land status trackers. * Handle vendor communication, quotations, work orders, and billing follow-ups. * Track field team activities and provide backend support for land and grid-related documentation. * Prepare MIS reports, status updates, and dashboards for management review. * Support field teams by coordinating logistics, document dispatch, and compliance paperwork. * Ensure timely filing, storage, and digital archiving of operational and project-related documents. *Qualifications and Skills: * Bachelor’s degree in any field (preferred: BBA, B.Com, Engineering, or Project Management). * 1–3 years of experience in project coordination or operations, preferably in the solar, construction, or infrastructure industry. * Strong organizational and coordination skills with ability to handle multiple tasks. * Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and Google Sheets for reporting and data management. * Excellent communication skills in Marathi, Hindi, and English. * Ability to travel occasionally to field sites when required. The role involves identifying, aggregating, and securing land parcels in coordination with landowners and local authorities.
