Position Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Estimation Engineer to join our dynamic team in Ahmedabad. This full-time position offers an exciting opportunity for individuals with a passion for project coordination and a strong foundation in estimation processes. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of technical skills and interpersonal abilities, enabling them to effectively contribute to our projects and collaborate with various stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Prepare detailed estimates for project costs, ensuring accuracy and completeness. Coordinate with project managers and other team members to gather necessary information for quotations and bids. Draft and send professional emails to clients and vendors regarding project updates and inquiries. Develop and maintain Bill of Quantities (BOQ) for various projects, ensuring all items are accounted for. Utilize Excel for report preparation, analyzing data to support project decisions and cost management. Assist in project coordination activities, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met. Participate in meetings with clients and stakeholders to discuss project requirements and provide updates. Qualifications The successful candidate will possess the following qualifications: A minimum of 1 to 5 years of relevant work experience in estimation or project coordination. Strong proficiency in Excel and other reporting tools. Excellent communication skills , both written and verbal, with a focus on email correspondence. Demonstrated ability to prepare accurate quotations and BOQ . Strong coordination skills to work effectively with various teams and stakeholders. Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail. This position is based in Ahmedabad and requires an on-site work mode. We are looking to fill 1 position for this role, and the job schedule is during the day.
