Estimation Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed estimates for project costs, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Coordinate with project managers and other team members to gather necessary information for quotations and bids.
• Draft and send professional emails to clients and vendors regarding project updates and inquiries.
• Develop and maintain Bill of Quantities (BOQ) for various projects, ensuring all items are accounted for.
• Utilize Excel for report preparation, analyzing data to support project decisions and cost management.
• Assist in project coordination activities, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met.
• Participate in meetings with clients and stakeholders to discuss project requirements and provide updates.

Qualifications

The successful candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A minimum of

  1 to 5 years

  of relevant work experience in estimation or project coordination.
• Strong proficiency in

  Excel

  and other reporting tools.
• Excellent

  communication skills
