Overall, 6-10 years of experience in handling RAN telecom networks, preferably Fault Management from both Remote & field end. Minimum 3 years of multivendor experience (like Nokia + Ericsson / Nokia + Samsung / Ericsson + Samsung) 3G/4G/5G. It would be nice if you also had: Aptitude to learn & develop new skills in complex technologies and drive innovation. Certifications like CCNA / ITIL etc. Knowledge in Configuration Management, Network Integration, SW Upgrade activities is added advantage. Trouble ticket handling (via ITSM/Netcool/BMC Remedy tool). Understand complex network design/solutions comprising multi-vendor equipment (like Nokia/Ericsson/ Samsung/Huawei). Extend Level 2 FM support in RAN (Radio Access Network) domain (3G/4G/5G). Engage yourself in remote Troubleshooting, Fault localization and Remote Resolution. Contribute towards achieving & maintaining key performance metrics (KPI / SLA / OLA). Perform planned preventive/proactive maintenance and/or fault-fixing changes as required, adhering to the set process/guidelines. Conduct Outage/Alarm Analysis and drive Problem management.
