Role & responsibilities Responsible for all activities of tool room to achieve Daily / Weekly & Monthly production targets with keeping regular reviews with teams to fulfilling through workload distribution. Implementation of best practice tool room vision, processes, and procedures to aid and improve operational performance. Supports Production and Engineering to manage on time availability of tools to ensure continuous production and increase of overall equipments effectiveness. Prepare the annual Tool Room budget and forecasts and all Capital Expenditure proposals to the management. To monitor Production plan Manpower Planning and efficiency. To prepare the Monthly plan with respect to NPD and full fill the targets Planning for achieve the department goals and objectives as per set targets. Plan & execution of service requests by other departments & Tool servicing To Prepare and implement SOP and processes in tool room and establish new improvements in exiting products. To discusses with Tool development & Tool servicing teams for new & existing tool improvements. To plan& develop multi skilled manpower to fulfill short time and long-time demands. Implementation of best practice tool room vision. Process and procedures to improve operational performance. Preferred candidate profile 1.E xperience handling with Electrical Laminations Production Progressive Tools with Auto Stacking & Blanking Tools + Notching Tools 2.Certification from tool design Institute will be added advantage Perks and benefits
