Responsibilities: Consistently meet and exceed assigned sales goals. Build and maintain relationships with painters, contractors, builders, architects, engineers, and other key customers to drive business growth. Conduct a minimum of two site visits daily to identify business opportunities. Spend at least two hours at the assigned store daily to engage with customers and support sales. Organize and conduct shop meetings with applicators weekly. Submit daily sales reports through the online portal. Requirements A two-wheeler is mandatory as this is a field sales role.
