As we scale our laminate division with world-class infrastructure and aggressive market expansion, were looking for a sharp, driven and strategic sales leader who understands the nuances of flexible packaging and can build strong FMCG, Pharma and Agri client networks. What Youll Do Business Development Identify, acquire and grow key B2B clients in FMCG, Pharma, Food & Agri sectors Pitch and promote laminate structures: PET/PE, PET/MetPET/PE, BOPP/PE, PET/Alu Foil/PE Generate RFQs, prepare proposals and close high-value deals Client Relationship & Solutioning Build long-term partnerships with procurement & packaging heads Act as the bridge between clients and internal teams (R&D, Production, Logistics) Work with technical teams to suggest customized laminate solutions as per customer product requirements Conduct product trials and support technical discussions on-site Market Intelligence & Sales Strategy Monitor competitor activity, market trends and pricing benchmarks Contribute to GTM strategy, exhibitions and product campaigns Reporting & Forecasting Maintain data on leads, conversions, targets, collections Track monthly/quarterly performance and report directly to CEO What You Bring 715 years in B2B sales of laminates or flexible packaging Deep understanding of laminate structures, converting processes & client specs Strong client network in FMCG/Pharma/Agri packaging Excellent communication, negotiation & solution-selling skills Comfortable traveling across regions and engaging C-level buyers Graduate/Postgraduate in Business/Marketing/Packaging Tech Why Join Us Leadership role with high visibility & autonomy Be part of a fast-evolving team driving Indias packaging innovation Work closely with the top management and influence growth strategy Modern tools, ethical culture and execution-focused environment Were Hiring Fast Apply Now Send your CV to [HIDDEN TEXT] or click Apply Know someone perfect for this role Tag or refer them!
