As a PHP Developer with over 5 years of experience in developing enterprise applications, you will have hands-on experience with Docker or Kubernetes. You should also possess expertise in at least one of the following relational databases: MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MS SQL. Additionally, knowledge of PHP frameworks, particularly Symfony or Laminas (Zend), is preferred. Your responsibilities will include building modern, responsive, and interactive web user interfaces by following HTML, CSS, and JavaScript best practices. A good understanding of AWS, MVC frameworks, and servers like Apache or Nginx is required. Proficiency in PHP unit testing frameworks and the ability to develop and consume RESTful APIs are essential. You are expected to have a deep understanding of object-oriented programming concepts and various design patterns, and be familiar with source control tools such as Git and CI/CD. Your knowledge of Agile development practices will be beneficial in this role. In this position, you will be developing responsive user interfaces for web browsers and mobile platforms based on RESTful APIs. Your code should strike the right balance between simplicity and readability, enabling easy comprehension by all team members. Collaborating with your peers, you will review their code to enhance the overall software quality and impart best programming practices. Furthermore, you will be responsible for writing automated unit tests and ensuring testing on all relevant platforms and devices. Mentoring Associate and Software Engineers on product knowledge, processes, and engineering best practices will also be part of your role. This is a full-time position with a day shift schedule from Monday to Friday. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in PHP and 1 year of experience with Docker.
