Job Title: Gold Loan Transfer Executive (Off-roll FTE) Locations: Hyderabad / Secunderabad, Delhi NCR, Bangalore, Mumbai / Thane Employment Type : Full-Time | Off-roll Department: Gold Loan Operations Loan Transfer Key Responsibilities: Identify and connect with existing gold loan customers in the region. Explain the benefits of transferring their existing gold loans to CASHe. Coordinate with partner branches and internal stakeholders for smooth processing. Collect necessary documentation from customers and ensure KYC compliance. Facilitate customer visits to the branch or collection points for evaluation and transfer. Update customer interactions and status in internal systems. Assist customers throughout the end-to-end process until the gold is successfullytransferred to CASHe. Provide after-service support and resolve any queries post-disbursal. Eligibility Criteria: Minimum qualification: HSC (12th pass); Graduate preferred. 0-2 years of experience in field sales, financial services, or gold loan operations. Good knowledge of local geography and customer behavior. Basic understanding of financial products (especially gold loans). Skills Required: Strong communication and persuasion skills in local language & Hindi/English. Customer-centric attitude with problem-solving ability. Ability to work independently and manage targets. Basic smartphone and app-handling proficiency. Performance Metrics for Incentives: Number of successful gold loan transfers completed per month. TAT (Turnaround Time) from lead generation to loan disbursal. Customer satisfaction and process compliance. Compensation & Benefits: Fixed monthly salary (as per industry standards).
