Position: Store Manager Location: Khadim Store opposite Dwarka Suzuki showroom near Sulabh International Museum in Mahavir Enclave , Palam Village, New Delhi-110045 Salary Range: ₹19,000 – ₹21,000 per month Key Responsibilities: Oversee and manage the daily operations of the footwear store. Drive and maximize sales through the sales team by ensuring effective customer engagement. Provide excellent customer service and handle customer queries/complaints professionally. Monitor and manage stock levels, ensuring availability of fast-moving styles and proper inventory control. Achieve monthly sales targets and motivate the sales staff to perform at their best. Maintain store presentation, cleanliness, and visual merchandising standards. Take responsibility for cash handling, billing, and daily sales reports. Submit periodic sales and stock reports to the management. Required Skills & Qualifications: Minimum 2–3 years of experience in retail/store management (preferably in footwear or apparel industry). Strong knowledge of footwear categories, styles, and customer preferences. Proven ability to lead, train, and motivate a sales team. Excellent communication and customer handling skills.
